Scripts

These scripts were created to simplify the database creation and insertion procedure:

• clr_inv.sh: script used to clear the inventory table.
• mk208inv.sh: script used to create the TUChem_Reports_208_Inventory table from a .csv file.
• mk218inv.sh: script used to create the TUChem_Reports_218_Inventory table from a .csv file.
• mk219inv.sh: script used to create the TUChem_Reports_219_Inventory table from a .csv file.
• mk442inv.sh: script used to create the TUChem_Reports_442_Inventory table from a .csv file.
• mkchem.sh: script used to create the chemical table from a .csv file.
• mk_ctrl.sh: script used to create the ctrlpt table from a .csv file.
• mk_epcra.sh: script used to create the TUChem_Reports_EPCRA table from a .csv file.
• mkstrm.sh: script used to create the TUChem_Reports_STOREROOM_Inventory table from a .csv file.
