You can start with run_toy_example().
To run the program, you need to first download the functions in the measure folder from http://www.umiacs.umd.edu/~abhishek/papers.html.
You also need to download the flower data in the data folder from http://www.robots.ox.ac.uk/~vgg/data/flowers/17/.
The inpute data is the similarity matrix for each view and is well organized.
